development programme for youth with disabilities looking to build a career in the

Our Impact
Goal
Through this initiative, we envision to develop a second line of leadership for the
Indian disability movement with in-depth grassroot knowledge and hands-on experience
of urban and rural realities in matters of data driven and evidence-based policy analysis.
At the end of the three-year fellowship, the programme may further seek to give a ground breaking opportunity to a selected few to ideate, iterate and intervene directly with stakeholders resonating further the ethos of disability movement in an entrepreneurial environment by way of seed funding.
What We Are doing
The three-year fellowship will equip the selected fellows to bring
about tangible change in the disability sector, particularly through data collection,
research based policy papers, advocacy and media campaigns for policy
impact/change.
The fellowship has been designed to nurture fellows in terms of training, capacity building, networking and gaining hands – on experience with policy makers and relevant stakeholders on advocacy issues, through mentorship and NCPEDP’s pan- India National Disability Network.
Our Impact
Our fellowship programme intends to engineer social entrepreneurship amongst and guide fellows in contributing evidence-based collection of advocacy efforts,
experience and effects to the cause of disability in a pluralistic manner.
