Over the years, NCPEDP has been successful in advocating for path-breaking achievements in the disability sector like setting up the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment; inclusion of disability as a separate category in the Population Census; making way for accessible elections; opening up the Civil Services for people with disabilities to name a few.

Yes, all donations to NCPEDP are 50% exempt under 80G of the Income Tax Act. Tax exemption is valid only in India.

We will send across your donation receipt either by email or on your address- this receipt is eligible for tax exemption and can be shared with the Income Tax Authorities in India. If you have changed your email ID or your address, please contact us with the updated details.

Yes, online donation transactions are secure. There are security measures in place to ensure that critical sensitive information such as personal information and your credit/debit card details are protected.

No, NCPEDP does not accept cash donations.

If you would like to donate offline, you can do so through Cheques/Demands Drafts by sending it directly to us or contact us for a pick-up.

NCPEDP raises its funds from CSR grants, institutional funding and private donations.

Yes, our fulltime employees are paid salaries which help in attracting talents essential for managing our work effectively. However, it must be noted that as a not for profit organization NCPEDP salaries are very modest.

No, NCPEDP does not partner with third party channels to raise funds.

Donations are generally non-refundable but if case of any discrepancy and you would like a refund for your donation, you may contact us.
